OREANDA-NEWS  Pobeda low-cost airline (part of the Aeroflot Group), after informing the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia about the initiation of a case due to sound advertising on a flight, told RIA Novosti that it currently does not do this on airplanes.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service announced earlier on Tuesday that it had opened a case due to the distribution of sound advertising on the plane during the flight of Pobeda Airlines Moscow - Sochi. According to the service, the actions of the advertiser and Pobeda Airlines contain signs of a violation of advertising legislation.

"Currently, there is no sound advertising campaign using aircraft. At the same time, advertising on board allows the airline to receive additional income and greater flexibility in offering low fares for flights," the FAS press service commented on the message.
