He also explained when the use of the shower is free.

"If the shower is directly in the carriage in which the passenger is traveling, the service is free," Kolesnikov explained.

The new wagons, which are being bought by the Russian Railways holding, are being built by the manufacturer with shower installations.

"Their use is free," the company's deputy general director added.
