OREANDA-NEWS  In 2025, the average check for a carsharing service increased by 12 percent compared to 2024 and amounted to 629 rubles. This is reported on the Check Index website.

The number of purchases increased by 10 percent.

At the same time, in January 2026, the average check increased to 719 rubles (plus 8 percent compared to the first month of last year). As for the number of purchases, it jumped by 19 percent.

It is noted that in 2025, the main contribution to carsharing sales was provided by inflation, the expansion of regional service, the growth of paid parking space, as well as an overall increase in user experience. As for the jump in January 2026, it is explained by the cold and snowy weather, when many motorists preferred rented cars to their own cars.

According to analysts, motorists who do not use a car every day can save up to 30 thousand a year if they start using taxi and carsharing services.
