OREANDA-NEWS  At a Turkish wedding in Urfa, 60 people were poisoned by a birthday cake. This is reported by the online publication BirGün.

"After the wedding, the guests went home and started complaining of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. The guests realized that they had been poisoned and went to the hospital. During the night, about 60 guests came to the hospital with the same complaints," the portal reports.

At the same time, the bride and groom were not poisoned by the treat, which, as BirGün points out, only tasted the cake.

In May 2024, in the Mexican city of Cuernavaca, more than a hundred people were poisoned at a wedding.
