OREANDA-NEWS  In 2025, laptop sales in Russia fell by 15-30 percent. This is with reference to the statistics of the electronics manufacturer Fplus, the M.Video network and the retail auditor ICMR (GFC-Rus) the newspaper Vedomosti reports.

During the year, about 2.9 million devices were sold in the country for a total amount of 169-183 billion rubles. At the same time, the figures were different a year earlier — 3.9 million units and 212-242 billion rubles.

In 2025, the average cost of the device was 58.1 thousand rubles, eight percent less year-on-year.

Fplus explained the trend with the general stagnation of the electronics market in Russia. Part of the market is in a gray area due to unofficial imports and such sales are not tracked, which affects the overall statistics, the company representative added. Low market performance may be due to both the flow of sales to marketplaces and an increase in the share of Chinese brands in low and medium price segments, said Mikhail Burmistrov, CEO of Infoline Analytics.
