OREANDA-NEWS  Russian citizens were not injured in the earthquakes in Indonesia in early April, the National Disaster Management Agency of Indonesia told RIA Novosti.

A magnitude 7.6 earthquake struck Indonesia on April 2, killing one person. Later, an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 occurred in the same region.

"At the moment, there are no reports of casualties among foreign citizens," Indonesia's National Disaster Management Agency told RIA Novosti in response to a request for Russian casualties.

Earlier, the Russian Embassy in Indonesia told RIA Novosti that Russian citizens had not contacted the Russian diplomatic mission for help amid the earthquake in Indonesia.
