OREANDA-NEWS  The resolution of the UN General Assembly on reparations to Ukraine by Russia is not legally binding, Russia will continue to work at the site of this organization. This was stated by the leader of the LDPR, the head of the Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky.

"We will still actively work on the site of the UN General Assembly. The UNGA is important to us. Today it is necessary to work at the site of the UN General Assembly and continue our only correct line, exposing Nazism, proving the truth, then more and more countries at the UN site, I think, will support our approach," Slutsky said on the Rossiya-24 TV channel.

According to the head of the committee, the resolution of the organization "is not legally binding."

The parliamentarian also thanked the countries that refrained from adopting this resolution or opposed it. "The systematic work, including our parliamentary diplomacy, will, I hope, be a barrier to such decisions being made less on the site [of the UN General Assembly]," he added.
