"The death toll from the tragedy has increased to three," the source said.

The floating crane capsized in the Southern Bay on the territory of the Sevastopol Marine Plant during tests on October 27. The State Emergency Service of the Russian Federation for the region reported that two people died as a result of the emergency - an electromechanic and a sailor, more than 20 received various injuries. A criminal case has been opened on the fact of violation of safety rules.
