OREANDA-NEWS  The European Commission proposes to tighten export restrictions against Russia in the 20th package of sanctions against Russia and impose a ban on goods and services worth over 360 million euros, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Friday.

"We are tightening export restrictions against Russia by introducing new bans on goods and services - from rubber to tractors and cybersecurity services - worth over 360 million euros," she said in a statement posted on the European Commission's website.
