OREANDA-NEWS  President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky complained about the difficult situation with energy and water supply in Kiev. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

"The situation in Kiev is particularly difficult right now: people and businesses have electricity and water outages for hours," he said.

On the evening of November 3, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko assessed the city's electricity supply situation. According to him, during the strikes of the Russian Armed Forces (AF), the facilities of the Kiev regional energy hub were damaged.

Earlier, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Kucherenko reported on the difficult situation with water supply in Kiev. However, according to him, the critical situation has developed not only in the Ukrainian capital, but also in other cities of Ukraine.
