OREANDA-NEWS  The Israeli brand Zielinski & Rozen wanted to check for financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This initiative was made by State Duma Deputy Andrei Lugovoy.

The parliamentarian sent a letter to the prosecutor of the Moscow region with a request to give a legal assessment of the company's activities and take measures against it.

"If it turns out that Zielinski & Rozen actually supported and supplied the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the company cannot escape responsibility. Hypocritical businessmen face at least the loss of production facilities and a huge sales market in Russia," he stressed.

Zielinski & Rozen products are popular in Russia, with dozens of brand outlets operating in the country.

In May, another Russian brand got into a scandal due to dissatisfaction with the Victory Day Parade.
