OREANDA-NEWS  A bill will be submitted to the State Duma in the near future, which defines the details of the use of the digital ruble. As the correspondent of IA REGNUM reports on December 23, this was stated by the head of the Duma Committee on the financial market Anatoly Aksakov (SRZP) at a press conference in Moscow.

"In the near future, I assume that even today a bill will be introduced that defines the principles of regulation, the use of the digital ruble. And, accordingly, in the first quarter of next year we expect to fully create a legal basis for the digital ruble as the third form of our national currency… It will be issued by the Central Bank, and its turnover will be controlled by the Central Bank," Aksakov said.

According to him, with the advent of the digital ruble in circulation, many companies, including digital financial assets, will be able to receive a digital ruble in return, and they will not need paper and non-cash money in banks.
