OREANDA-NEWS. May 18, 2016. The powers of CEO and the Management Board of INVL Technology have terminated due to the registration of the Articles of Association of a special closed-end type private capital investment company INVL Technology.

The management of INVL Technology will be assumed by the management company INVL Asset Management as soon as the Bank of Lithuania issues the closed-end type investment company license. Kazimieras Tonkunas, former CEO and Chairman of the Board will join the team of INVL Asset Management.

The former board members who jointly held 33.39 per cent of votes will now be considered to be acting separately.
