Transactions, Related to Payment of Variable Remuneration in Shares of Bank

In order to pay part of the variable remuneration to the employees’ group in shares of the Bank as set out in the requirements of the Variable Remuneration Policy of the Bank of Lithuania, the transactions of the Bank’s share purchase have been concluded on the stock exchange Nasdaq Vilnius from 23 till 31 of May 2016 in compliance with the joint order of the employees’ group. 1 239 487 units of the shares of the Bank purchased through these transactions have been paid by the Bank, Šiaulių Banko Lizingas UAB and SB Lizingas UAB, thus, fulfilling the obligation to pay part of the variable remuneration in shares of the Bank.n tel. +370 5 2602027
