OREANDA-NEWS. Today, ABN AMRO Group N.V. publishes the convocation and materials for its Extraordinary General Meeting (General Meeting), to be held on Friday, 12 August 2016, in Amsterdam.

The General Meeting will decide on the nomination of Mr Jurgen Stegmann as new member of the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO. The nomination of Mr Stegmann was announced on 7 June 2016.

The General Meeting will be held at ABN AMRO’s head office, Gustav Mahlerlaan 10, 1082 PP Amsterdam at 8:30 CEST.
