OREANDA-NEWS. Gerhard Randa has been appointed as the new CEO of Sberbank Europe AG. At this position, he will succeed Axel Hummel. The candidacy of Mr. Randa has been approved by the Supervisory Board of Sberbank.

Gerhard Randa graduated from the World Trade University in Vienna. Since 1966, he worked as a senior manager in different European banks, in particular he acted as a head of Österreichische Landerbank AG and Bank Austria AG at different times. Starting from 2012, he has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Sberbank Europe AG.
