AGM of Zhairem Ore Dressing Plant Shareholders for August 26
OREANDA-NEWS. Zhairem Ore Dressing Plant (Karagandy region, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will be held on August 26, 2016 at 10:00 o'clock with the agenda as follows:
1. Approval of the 2015 financial statements of the company;
2. Approval of the procedure of distribution of the company's 2015 net income, decision-making on payment of dividends on common shares and approval of the dividend amount per common share.
Said meeting will be held at 20 Muratbaev str., Zhairem village, Karazhal, Karagandy region. Registration of participants will be done beginning from 09:00 o'clock.
The list of shareholders entitled to taking part in said meeting will be drawn up as of August 25, 2016.
