OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-' long-term rating to Runge Independent School District (ISD), Texas' series 2016 unlimited tax refunding bonds. The outlook is stable.

"The rating reflects our assessment of the district's extremely strong market value on a per capita basis and historically very strong financial position," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Dana Kimzey.
