OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings today withdrew all ratings, including its 'B' corporate credit rating, on Maxim Crane Works L. P. Maxim is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cloud Crane LLC (B/Stable) which is unaffected by this rating action.

The ratings withdrawal follows the completion of Apollo's acquisition of Maxim. All of the company's rated obligations have been repaid and, as such, we are withdrawing all ratings on Maxim at the company's request.
