OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'A-' issuer credit rating (ICR) on Hollister, Mo., and its 'BBB+' long-term rating on the city's certificates of participation (COPs).

"The outlook revision reflects our view that the city's finances are in a more stable position given that the city was able to manage elevated debt service payments in fiscal years 2015 and 2016 without significant stress on its budgetary flexibility and liquidity," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Benjamin Gallovic.
