OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has affirmed and withdrawn Propertize B. V.'s EUR3.6bn state-guaranteed MTN and ECP programme's Long - and Short-term ratings of 'AAA' and 'F1+', respectively.

KEY RATING DRIVERS

Fitch is withdrawing the programme ratings as Propertize B. V. is undergoing reorganisation.

Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for Propertize B. V.'s state-guaranteed MTN and ECP programme.
