OREANDA-NEWS On November 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a noticeable expansion of the use of national currencies in trade between Russia and Kazakhstan.

Earlier in the day, Putin arrived in Kazakhstan on an official visit for talks with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the Akorda State Residence. After them, it is planned to sign documents in a narrow and expanded format.

The agenda includes bilateral cooperation and international issues that are relevant today. An official reception is planned on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan in honor of the Russian leader.
