Revenue of Skolkovo residents increased by 38% in 2024

OREANDA-NEWS Revenue from residents of the Skolkovo Foundation (VEB GroupRussian Federation) in 2024 amounted to 704.3 billion rubles, compared with 2023, it increased by 38%, according to the press service of the fund.
The data was provided during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the fund. Thus, 77% of the project participants have revenue. Biomedical technology startups have shown good growth rates.

"In 2024, we managed to overcome the trend of the previous two years of an annual reduction in investments attracted by the Skolkovo project participants. The volume of extra-budgetary funds amounted to a record 42.6 billion rubles, with an increase of 34% compared to the previous year, exceeding by 10% the best result achieved in 2021. In total, from 2013 to 2024, residents attracted 220 billion rubles. Investment mentoring and compensation programs for business angels have contributed," said Perov.
The number of participants in the Skolkovo project continues to grow and at the end of 2024 amounted to 4,684 companies (an increase of 19.7% by 2023). The participating companies employ over 118 thousand employees. The amount of taxes and contributions paid by the project participants amounted to 81.5 billion rubles in 2024.
Over the years 2021-2024, 607 companies have used the mechanism of seamless integration of measures to support development institutions. In 2024, residents of Skolkovo received 1,164 patents, of which 319 were in foreign countries.
