OREANDA-NEWS  The surplus of the federal budget of the Russian Federation in January-November 2022 increased to 557.02 billion rubles against the preliminary estimate of the Ministry of Finance of 128.4 billion rubles for January-October of this year, while oil and gas budget revenues for eleven months exceeded the forecast values for the whole of 2022 by 11.7%, and total tax receipts were 3% higher than the annual plan, according to the ministry's website.

The volume of revenue received in January-November reached 24.780 trillion rubles, or 99.0% of the total volume approved by the Federal Budget law for the current year. At the same time, oil and gas revenues amounted to 10.655 trillion rubles, or 111.7% of the annual plan, and non-oil and gas revenues amounted to 14.125 trillion rubles, or 91.3% of the plan for the current year.Budget expenditures were executed by 24.223 trillion rubles, which is 102.2% of the approved total expenditures for the current year, or 83.4% of the consolidated budget list of the federal budget, taking into account the changes.
