OREANDA-NEWS  The senators approved the law "On Digital Currencies and Digital Rights", which creates the legal basis for the legal circulation of cryptocurrencies in Russia.

The document recognizes digital currencies as property, introduces general requirements for their turnover, and provides for judicial protection of rights to cryptocurrencies regardless of their prior declaration.
