OREANDA-NEWS. The State Duma proposed to create a register of commercial structures that left the Russian market or suspended work on it for political reasons. A deputy, a member of the parliamentary committee on security and combating corruption, Sultan Khamzaev, came up with a corresponding initiative, the Izvestia newspaper reports.

He expressed the opinion that it is necessary to establish a new status for such companies - unreliable legal entities, brands, trademark owners.

He also called for additional taxes to be imposed on those foreign organizations that decide to return to Russia.

“Increased taxation should be calculated from the profits of companies. To return to Russia, an insurance deposit should appear - a kind of guarantor from their emotional behavior. If companies do not interfere in the economy, but in politics, then let them answer with the ruble,” Khamzaev said.

Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Microsoft, Oracle and SAP to stop supporting their products in Russia.

According to the head of state, in the current situation there can be no half-hearted decisions and halftones.

“There is only black and white, good or evil,” he said.

Earlier, Oracle announced the suspension of work in the territory of the Russian Federation. Microsoft reported that it was suspending the sale of goods and the provision of services in Russia. SAP also announced its withdrawal from the Russian market.

A similar decision was made by the American manufacturer of network equipment and software Cisco, while Intel, which creates electronic devices and components for computers, announced the suspension of imports of products to customers in the Russian Federation and Belarus.

It was also reported that processor manufacturers AMD and Intel temporarily stopped supplying their products to Russia.
