OREANDA-NEWS  President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree putting into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of the country on sanctions against 333 individuals, including top managers of Alfa-Bank, as well as against the Moscow Stock Exchange. Sanctions are imposed for ten years.

"To put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of February 19," the document says on the website of the president's office, an excerpt from it is quoted by RIA Novosti. Among the 333 names are top managers of Alfa-Bank Vladimir Sokolov, Alexey Chukhlov, Ivan Pyatkov, Vladimir Voeykov and businessman Oleg Sysuev.

The Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS also came under sanctions. The restrictive measures introduced today, among other things, involve the blocking of assets, as well as the complete cessation of trading operations.
