OREANDA-NEWS Russian actress and TV presenter Larisa Guzeeva was complained to Roskomnadzor and the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) because of the publication of advertisements on social networks without the appropriate label. This is reported in Telegram by Mash.
According to the publication, the presenter posted on Instagram (owned by Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) an advertisement for weight loss drugs based on tirzepatide. It is claimed that the post was not marked as an advertisement.
A lawyer subscribed to Guzeeva's profile saw the publication and complained about the actress to Roskomnadzor and the Federal Antimonopoly Service, accusing her of violating the law on advertising. "Now the artist and the advertiser face fines of up to 600 thousand rubles for illegal promotion of medicines," the message says.
In September, Guzeeva told me that she makes injections for weight loss. She also mocked the stars of show business, who claim that they lost weight only thanks to dietary changes.
