OREANDA-NEWS. In 2006 INPROM planned revenues were exceeded by 5.3% and presumably made 12.05 billion roubles ($440m) equal to 706 thousand tons of rolled steel and pipes.

According to the press service of INPROM, the sales volume was by 47% higher than in 2005 in cash and by 36.8% in tons.

The distribution market share in European Russia grew up to 6.1%. Gross profit went beyond the planned 40% and made 2.1 million roubles which is twice as much as in 2005.

The reached financial highlights arise from active regional expansion strategy, constant quality improvement and widening metal processing service range as well as from favourable market situation.

The network advanced to 23 branches in 2006. The Company invested $16m into production lines and metal processing equipment. Nine more INPROM subdivisions completed certification according to ISO 9001 international standard.
