OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ expects to increase deliveries of cars to Vietnam, said the CEO of company, Sergei Kogoghin. "The signed agreement and the actions of our distributor in Vietnam will provide a very significant growth: last year we had 700 vehicles (delivered), this year we expect to go over a thousand", - said Mr. Kogoghin, who was cited by the agency "TASS".

By talking about exports, he reminded about the contract for the supply of cars to Cuba. According to him, the volume of shipments will be 1.5 ths. vehicles. "There are several African countries; it is rather big contracts - up to 500 cars per country, including Zimbabwe. It is not one contract", - said the head of KAMAZ.

Totally in 2016 KAMAZ expects to sell for export 7 ths. vehicles (among planned for a sale 32 thousand vehicles). "The most important problem of export was the elimination of losses in the CIS markets", - explained Mr.Kogoghin.
