OREANDA-NEWS. Currently, RAO “UES of Russia” holds a 14.17 percent stake in OAO "Novosibirskenergo" and a 21.27 percent stake in OAO "Bashkirenergo".

The Board of Directors approved the sale of the stakes in OAO "Bashkirenergo" and OAO "Novosibirskenergo" held by RAO "UES of Russia".

Pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors, these shares will be sold through public auctions, with the reserve price not lower than the fair market value determined by a consortium of independent appraisers and approved by the Appraisal Committee under the Board of Directors of RAO "UES of Russia". The method chosen for assets disposal will help expand the pool of potential buyers and maximize the auction proceeds.
