OREANDA-NEWS. Ali Abbasov,the Communications and Information Technologies Minister of Azerbaijan, has led a 13-member delegation to Slovenia to attend the BLED Strategic Forum.

The Conference will bring together government representatives at the highest level, politicians, EU officials, private sector leaders and senior representatives to examine the key challenges that Europe is currently facing.

This year’s Bled Forum will also provide an opportunity to discuss Europe’s role in the emerging power balance and its implications for global markets.

President of Georgia, Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia and Prime Minister of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan will take part in the event.

A two-hour presentation on “ICT Growth in Azerbaijan” will be delivered at the forum. Mr. Abbasov will meet with Slovenian Transport and Communications Minister and Iskratel company senior officers. A memo of cooperation will be signed with Iskratel.
