“IDGC of the Center” Opened Fourth Customer Care Center
OREANDA-NEWS. October 16, 2007. The fourth JSC “Kurskenergo” (JSC “IDGC of the Center” service area) Customer Care Centre will be opened in the nearest future in Schigry at 27 Octyabrskaya Street. The CCC building meets common standards: the ground floor, light offices. The district administration and post office are located nearby.
The Customer Care Center main activities are: signing contracts with natural persons and legal bodies on connections to JSC “Kurskenergo” grids, providing consultations on power supply. The front offices of JSC “Kurskenergo”, JSC “Energobalance” and JSC “Kursk sales Company” will be represented here. Negotiations with other companies, which render services, are being held.
Telephone calls are handled through the Russian unified free number of the industry’s direct line 8-800-50-50-115.
“The one-stop or one-office principle provides favorable terms for customers, - said Alexander Pilugin, the Managing Director of JSC “Kurskenergo”. – If the customers want to connect to JSC “Kurskenergo” grids, they have only to submit an application. Then, the manager will address the application to the specialists. This will save the customer time from going to different offices”.
23 JSC “IDGC of the Center” Customer Care Centers were opened in less than a year. CCCs were opened in JSC “Belgorodenergo”, JSC “Orelenergo”, JSC “Bryanskenergo”, JSC “Voronezhenergo”, JSC “Lipetskenergo”, JSC “Yarenergo”, JSC “Tverenergo”, JSC “Kostromaenergo”, JSC “Smolenskenergo”, as well as JSC “Kurskenergo”.
Minimum one and maximum five Centers will be opened in every region of IDGC-1 service area by the end of 2007.
