OREANDA-NEWS. On November 02, 2007 Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel (the Company) adopted a resolution to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders regarding interim dividends for 2007 on December 21, 2007, reported the press-centre of Norilsk Nickel.

The Board of Directors recommended that the shareholders to approve the payout of dividends on MMC Norilsk Nickel shares for 9 months of 2007 in the amount of RUB 108 per share.
