OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2007. Integra Group announced today that Mark Sadykhov has been elected as new member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sadykhov, 47, is currently Executive Vice-President overseeing oilfield services segment of Integra Group. The Board of Directors has been expanded to seven members, five of which are non-executive Directors.

Mark Sadykhov was one of the founders of Smith Eurasia Group and managed this business for thirteen years until it merged with Integra in 2006. Before founding Smith Eurasia, Mr. Sadykhov held various engineering and management positions at Surgutneftegaz and Smith International Inc. (Houston, USA). Мark Sadykhov is a graduate of Azizbekov Azerbaijan Oil and Chemistry Institute.

Commenting on the election, Integra’s Board Chairman John Fitzgibbons said: "Mark has a wealth of management experience and profound knowledge of the industry which allowed him to build Smith Eurasia Group into a leading high-tech service provider with a solid reputation and client base. Mark's contribution to development of Integra will, undoubtedly, be strengthened by his presence on the Board."
