On 14 March 2008 PBN Company, the market leading international strategic communications firm in Russia, the CIS and the Baltic States, announced the appointment of Jeanette Hamster as Moscow Director of Corporate and Crisis Communications and a member of the firm’s global management committee.

Ms. Hamster, a Dutch national, joins PBN Moscow from Hill & Knowlton International, Belgium, where she was Head of the Corporate Communications Practice Group from 2004 through 2007. Her client portfolio at Hill & Knowlton included Boeing, Dutch life sciences multinational DSM, the European Commission’s Directorate General for Communication, the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Roche Pharmaceuticals and TUSIAD, the Turkish industrialists’ and business association. From 2001 to 2004, she worked as Associate Director for The Cardew Group, the London based financial communications consultancy.

She combines high-level advisory and management experience in corporate and crisis communications with an insider’s knowledge of EU government relations and public affairs,” said PBN Chairman & CEO Peter Necarsulmer.

Ms. Hamster, 35, will be responsible for client strategy development and liaison for a number of PBN’s large corporate clients, including Citibank, Enel, Ferrero, Merrill Lynch, Motorola, PepsiCo, Rolf Group, Telenor, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. Other clients of the firm include Alcoa, BP, Basic Element, Knight-Frank, M.Video, Nord Stream, Renaissance Group, Rosneft and Statoil.
