OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 July 2008 was announced, that improvement of the customer service quality is one of overall objectives of activity of IDGC of Centre, JSC. To create as much as possible comfortable conditions and to give its customers full service, the company tries to adjust an effective feedback both with the company's consumers and with potential applicants, counterparts, partners.

In the Internet reception on the company's web-site /client/anketa questioning of clients is carried out. Here you also can aks questions, leave wishes, send appeals or a complaint.

It is necessary to note that questioning is for IDGC of Centre, JSC a possibility to learn better the requirements, needs of clients and, accordingly, to improve the activity. For example, during the last test questioning the Company received 1,883 questionnaires : 580 people from them (i.e., 47.27 % of questionnaires) supported telephone as the most convenient channel of communication with the company, 416 people (i.e., 33.90 % of questionnaires) prefer to come to the Customer Service Centres and communicate personally, 99 people (8.07 %) would like to receive information from IDGC by mail, almost as many people chose the Internet channels.

All these data became the basis for further development of a complex system of servicing which is being performed in all IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiaries. This year the company plans to give its clients the opportunity to receive information, express opinion, direct the reference or complaint by means of mobile and stationary telecommunication, SMS, through mail, etc. SAP CRM platform will become the technological basis for it. In June 2008 IDGC of Centre, JSC already started the project on establishment of such uniform database of clients. On the basis of CSCs (there are already 30 of them in the whole IDGC footprint), additional services and services will be implemented. Already now such services as visiting CSCs and departure of the manager to the client become more and more popular in the regions.
