OREANDA-NEWS. On August 01, 2008 The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has registered the results of Moscow United Electric Grid Company's (MOESK) additional share issue which was floated to take over Moscow City Electric Grid Company (MGESK), FFMS said in its press statement.

The volume of the additional issue is approx 20.45 bn shares with a par value of RUB 0.5 per share.

As earlier reported, on June 30, MOESK floated the additional share issue for conversion of MGESK shares, and since July 1, the companies have been working as a single company. MOESK and MGESK were spun off from Mosenergo on April 1, 2005.
