OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 December 2008 was announced, that a mixed-use research and office business park is to be developed on 10 1st Volokolamsky Lane in northwest Moscow during the period of time from 2008 to 2012.

The relevant decree by City Hall was signed by Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov on December 17.

According to the document, the development was suggested by CJSC First Moscow Manufacturer of Radio Components that is to be an investor and developer of the object. The investor is also in charge of paying for the partial relocation of the business located currently in the building plot to Mytishchi, city of the Moscow region.

The total area of the site to be developed is 6 ha, the area of the object to be raised will exceed 90,000 sq m, including the 64,000sq m building above ground level.

The implementation of the decree will be supervised by Vladimir Resin, first deputy Moscow Mayor at City Hall, and Viktor Kozlov, Prefect of the North Western Administrative District of Moscow.
