OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 December 2008 was announced, that Standard&Poor's international rating agency has enhanced the long-term credit rating of Interpipe wheels and pipes company from SD to ССС+ level.

In parallel, it improved its rating under the national scale from uaSD to uaB+, as well as the Eurobonds rating issued by Interpipe for USD 200 mn from D to CCC.

The rating of expected level of debt recovery after default remained unchanged at the level of 5.

The rating outlook is “developing”.

CCC rating means there is a potential threat that the issuer may fail to meet its debt-related commitments, while timely performance of its liabilities to a considerable extent depends on favorable commercial, financial and economic conditions.
