OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2009. One decree relates to the Russian Federation’s material contribution to the corporation; the second relates to work done by Rostekhnologii representatives in foreign countries. 

The goal of the Russian State Corporation ‘Rostekhnologii’ is to help in the development, production, and export of high tech industrial products. The corporation provides support to Russian developers and manufacturers in this area of production on national and foreign markets, and works to attract investments into various branches of Russian industry, including the military-industrial complex.
