OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2009. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Paterson-Invest LLC to pay interest on the tenth coupon of its Series 01 bonds under the company’s obligations to its bondholders, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid the full amount of the coupon interest at a rate of 12.5% per annum in full, or 31 rubles 16 kopecks per bond. The total sum of coupon interest paid, less personal income tax, came up to 43,023,945 rubles 20 kopecks. The issuer itself performed the functions of tax agent.

Paterson-Invest LLC sold its first-ever three-year bond issue on the floor of the MICEX Stock Exchange on December 21, 2006, to raise 2 billion rubles.
