OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2009. A grand opening of a new  public school built by TBC Fund for the children affected by the 2008 war was held in Tserovani IDP settlement on September 14.

Founder of TBC Fund Mamuka Khazaradze cut the ribbon together with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, who also attended the ceremony.

The construction of the Tserovani School was carried out within the framework of the long-term projects of TBC Fund. The school is meant for 1000 pupils and covers 5 600 square meters. The construction and equipment of the new school cost GEL 4.5 million.

Especially for the Tserovani School famous Georgian artists Keti Matabeli and Gia Gugushvili created a panel “Love Has Built.” This is the first panel-collage in Georgia, which is distinguished by the fact that the first layer of panel includes the schemes of foundations of Georgian churches.
