OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2009. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan continues expanding centralized crediting.

Bank’s general director Khagani Abdullayev says that the net balance on such lending for 2009 has risen 23-fold.

“This portfolio is estimated in AZN 1.2 bn and includes direct lending for enterprises and provision of liquid funds,” Abdullayev said.

Such level of lending is linked with CBA’s aspiration to stop monetary contraction.
