October 27 EUROGASBANK OJSC (Kiev): a long-term credit rating of uaBBB- (provisional) has been assigned to the bank. The outlook on the rating is stable.

October 28 Lutsk City Council: the long-term credit rating of uaBBB+ assigned to city’s coupon bonds (series 1-A, 1-B, 1-C, 1-D, 1-E, 1-F) has been placed on Rating Watch List. The outlook on the rating is negative.

Corporate sector

October 5 LOGO SFERA LLC (Kiev): a long-term credit rating of uaCC has been assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A-C) for the amount of UAH250m due Oct. 13, 2013 with stable outlook.

October 8 Budspetsservice LLC (Kiev): a long-term credit rating of uaB has been assigned to registered housing bonds (series W-Y) for the amount of UAH29.3m due Dec. 20, 2010 with positive outlook.

October 9 Agro-Soyuz PE LLC (Dnepropetrovsk): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered coupon bonds (series A) for the amount of UAH10m with 3-year original maturity has been downgraded to uaB with negative outlook from uaBB+.

October 13 Sozidatel NPO CJSC (Dnepropetrovsk): the long-term credit rating assigned to registered housing bonds (series A, B) for the amount of UAH80.2m due March 22, 2010 has been downgraded to uaBB from uaBBB+. The outlook on the rating is stable.
