OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2009. The city authorities decided to develop a mixed-use cultural and business centre for youth in northeastern Moscow.

According to a source from City Hall, the youth centre will be a government-financed organization within the jurisdiction of the Department for Family and Youth Policy of Moscow.

“The youth centre will occupy the premises with the total area of more than 1,200 square metres located on 124 Yaroslavskoe Shosse,” the official said.

Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov has signed the relevant decree with a view of improving the efficiency of the youth policy implementation as well as developing the youth self-management and the culture-and-business-related activities of teenagers.
