OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2010. Energougol ENE (DTEK) has brought into use a new ‘e-shop’ technology for industrial electricity consumers to get remote access to their personal accounts via the global Internet. The innovation allows significant time savings in process of electricity settlements and reconciliation and improves customer service quality thanks to the introduction of new electronic services.

To obtain access to confidential information a consumer just needs to enter into an additional agreement to its electricity supplies contract concluded earlier. Businesses are allowed to enter their meters’ readings themselves, to get their electronic bills and electricity consumption statements with detailed breakdowns.

Furthermore, a personal account shows the history of accruals and cash inflows for consumed electricity, as well as the information on contractual terms (bank details, electricity consumption and capacity limits) for verification and timely update. One more feature provided there is prompt exchange of electronic messages.

‘Taking care of our consumers always remains the main task of the company, that is why our team does its best for households and industrial consumers to get all necessary information and be sure of the quality of electricity supply services rendered to them, says Dmitriy Grigoryev, Energy Sales Director of Energougol ENE OJSC.
