OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2010. The best crews of Refinery and Petrochemical Complex construction were determined on the results of Q4, 2009

The awarding ceremony of winners took place on January 21, 2010 on the weekly HQ meeting. OJSC TANECO General Director Kh. Bagmanov awarded the best foremen with the challenge pennants, treasured gifts and cash bonus.

Tatneft and OJSC TANECO initiated this competition started last year in September. Conditions for the competition were set together with Fluor and OOO Neftegasengineering specialists. As expected, the competition proved to be a good form of moral and monetary incentives for the employees and the contractors.

The results of competitions in three directions were summarized considering the following parameters:

- Physical construction quantities execution;

- Work scope execution for one employee;

- Work Quality;

- Safety regulations observance;

- Corporate culture.

The crew of V.M. Gromov – OOO UMS was recognized as the best crew in the direction of civil construction. The crew of V.I Chulakov, OOO Kamgesfundamentsrtoy was ranked the second in this competition.

The crew of A.Z. Zartdinov, ZAO Kammehkanomontazh was the sole winner in Mechanical Installation direction.

The crew of A.V. Piterkina, OAO Tatelectromontazh took the first place in the “Special works” direction, the second place – to the crew of I.Kh. Fasakhutdinov, OAO Tatelectromontazh, and the third place – to crew of V.N. Kankasov, OAO NSU Termosteps. All the winners were awarded. All 1st place winners were presented with the challenge pennants, Gift certificates and cash bonus in the amount of 15 th. rub. to a foreman and 10 th. rub to each crew member. The second place winners were awarded correspondingly with 10 and 6 th. rub. and the third place winners – 6 and 4 th. rub. Besides, Alpacademiya (Moscow Company) made a special gift to each crew – a set of safety equipment protecting from height falls.

The new crews together with the former participants expressed their desire to fight in Q1, 2010 competition.
