OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2010. ATFBank (Almaty), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), issued a statement, reported the press-centre of KASE:

An absent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank was held. The following decisions were made at the meeting:

1. treasury deals concluded by ATFBank and banks of the UniCredit Group in the period December 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 were ratified;

2. an additional agreement to Agreement on cooperation in service of payment cards dated 09.06.2006 No. 28-1-2-7/6, between ATFBank JSC and OAO ATFBank (Kyrgyzstan) was approved;

3. a decision of the Board on ATF Finance's placement of funds at deposit 'ATF-Korporativniy' No. 06/010 dated 11.01.2010 was approved.
