October 2010 Highlights

•           In October 2010 consolidated net operating revenue'^' increased 16.6% in ruble terms as compared to the same period of previous year.

•           Gross revenue of comparable stores (LFL) grew in October 2010 by 9.7% on the back of 7.0% traffic increase.

Unaudited operating revenue includes only total sales of corporate restaurants and canteens and does not include revenue from franchise operations and other revenue items.

® Calculation is based gross sales data (including VAT) for the pool of mature restaurants (168 outlets), which had operated for 18 months asof 1 January 2010.

"In October 2010 high growth of operating revenues was accompanied by substantial increase in sales of comparable restaurants which reached 9.7% - the best monthly rate so far in 2010. At the beginning of November Rosinter received East Capital Award in the "Best Growth" category as a company that demonstrates best growth of sales, assets and profit in Eastern Europe in 2010.
